Reservation Policy

• An advance deposit of one night's rate is required to guarantee your accommodations.
• Your deposit will be applied to the last day(s) of your intended stay.
• Balance of payment is due upon arrival.
• Check-ins between 12pm and 5pm
• If you will be delayed or arriving after 5pm please call us at 207-288-5721 to ensure that someone will be at the hotel to greet you.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits will be promptly refunded (less a $20 handling fee) if cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• Early departures will not be refunded unless we can refill the space.
